Vendum, the company supplies and procures the commodities on a daily basis, the company is obligated to maintain the data of the buyers and sellers. But, the quantity of data was quite large, and it also needed to be protected and handled safe.
The "Vendum" mobile application enabled the reverse auction for commodity procurement and the firm has the Order to Collection life cycle as a procedure that has distinct phases when it comes to providing commodities to buyers.
The distinct phases have the entire process which starts from Initiating the Process, Order Taking to Delivery. Here the process gets initiated both manually and systematically depending on the customer type. The challenge is to create a deal and manage the sales order and delivery order for buyers with different criteria and to track the orders with detail real time reports and insights.

After analyzing and exploring various software, the company decides to adopt the Zoho One due to its low cost, user-friendly interface, and flexibility. As an outcome, the organization began to adopt Zoho Books for financial management.
Senthuraa Technologies was then introduced to manage the Zoho Books and provide reports. We understood the general requirement after discussing with the organization and advised creating a custom application in Zoho Creator for sales and delivery management, as well as integrating the application with the Zoho Books and Zoho CRM for process management and with Zoho Analytics for real time reports.
As discussed with the firm, the custom application was developed to manage the sales order and delivery challan with different criteria for the deals in CRM and real time financial report and user based reports were generated with the insights for evaluating the deals and various workflows and functions were used to automate the process in a productive way.
