About Company

Moffatt Optical Eye care Group is a small chain of eye care practices in South Africa with 15 branches across the country in the three largest provinces in Southern Africa, namely Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and the Western Cape.


The firm was established in 1980 and the firm offers comprehensive eye screening services for both adults and children, as well as designing and constructing optically compatible eye wear and offering a variety of designer brands

The Problem

Since the establishment in 1980, the company has encountered a variety of technologies, including the legacy system.


Unfortunately, the firm was dissatisfied with the implementation, and the preceding software did not meet the company's expectations.

 

As their business expanded, Moffatt Optical Eye Care Group realized they needed an cloud based enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to help them keep track of all of their orders, ensure that their invoices were accurate across all of their locations, schedule appointments for their customers, and provide them with a more streamlined and pleasant experience.

 

In addition, the business hopes to improve communication across its various branches and to implement effective support software in order to address client concerns.

    The Solution

    Senthuraa Technologies was introduced to the Moffatt Group for a small custom development in Zoho Creator. We understood the firm's requirements and difficulties and suggested and described the capabilities of the cloud-based solution, Zoho One.

     

    Then the firm understood the capabilities like tight integration, UI, flexibility and signed up with the Zoho One. Then the company migrated completely from the preceding software to Zoho One. we suggested having a various custom application for the entire business operations. As a beginning, the Order Management System was built in the Zoho Creator and published.

     

    Apart from the Custom Application, Mail, Cliq, Inventory, Book and analytics are majorly used for the Business Management, streamline the communication across the branches, the marketing, customer management, financial management mainly tracking invoice and real time reports.To facilitate process management, all applications have been closely integrated.
